　　根據(jù)《考研英語大綱》規(guī)定，考研英語作文就有兩類了，一個大作文，另一個是新增的小作文（10分）。英語一的大作文為圖畫作文（20分），英語二的為圖表作文（15分）。其中的小作文，多是辭職信、道歉信、感謝信等應用文體，它的形式是給出提示要點，要求考生根據(jù)要求表達清楚要點。

　　它的評分重點在于信息點的覆蓋；內(nèi)容的組織，語言的準確性；格式及語域的恰當。鑒于小作文不需要華麗的詞藻和吸引閱卷人眼球的文采，只要掌握一定的方法技巧，在格式、語言和要點等方面下足功夫，拿到理想的分數(shù)還是不難的。

　　一、格式

　　1、稱呼：英語應用文稱呼有這樣的.特點：

　�。�1）如果是不認識的人，一般稱呼為敬詞+尊稱。例如，Dear Sir or Madam 或者 To Whom It May Concern （需注意每個單詞首字母都大寫）。

　�。�2）如果是寫給關(guān)系正式的某團體或個人，稱呼為敬詞+尊稱+名。例如，Dear Mr. Xx,或Dear Ms.xx；

　�。�3）對于關(guān)系較親密的人可以直呼其名，即 Dear xx。

　　同時需要注意的是：1、稱呼要頂格寫；2、稱呼之后要加逗號或者冒號。這里推薦大家用逗號，因為歷年的高分范文都是用逗號的。

　　2、正文：正文格式一般有兩種格式：一是縮進式，即首段開頭空四個字母，段落之間不空行；另一種是齊頭式，即每段開頭不空格，但是各段之間空一行。建議考生采用縮進式，因為如果用齊頭式，段間空行的話很可能答題空間不夠，導致字數(shù)不夠。

　　3、結(jié)語：結(jié)語要注意要留出兩行。一行是靠后寫類似漢語“此致敬禮”的話也就是“Sincerely yours， ”或者“Yours sincerely ，”一定要注意這個地方的結(jié)尾是有逗號的，如果丟掉了逗號，則會扣掉一份，請大家一定要注意。同時，還需要注意落款，落款部分不能寫自己的名字。

　　按照directions 中的要求使用名字。英語一一般是Liming結(jié)尾，英語二為Zhangwei。同時請大家注意名字后面一定不要加任何的符號。很多的學生喜歡在此打點號，請大家一定要注意，這里會被扣掉一分。

　　二、語言

　　寫作用詞準確是最基礎的要求之一。其次，句型可以多變，例如既有并列句，也有復合句，還有從句，但注意語法運用要正確。此外還要注意，正式語言一般是寫給具有正式關(guān)系的團體或機構(gòu)，這種情況不用縮略語和口語用法。

　　英語二的小作文一般寫給正式關(guān)系的機構(gòu)的文章片偏多。除了正式的文體以外，其他的文體皆為非正式文體，像寫給朋友的書信等。英語一的小作文就是較為非正式一些。

　　一般小作文的考查要求中會體現(xiàn)出寫該篇的目的和場合，所以考生在寫作時要注意針對不同場合使用不同語言，使交流得以進行。另外，考生也要注意不同的應用文有不同的用語。建議考生對某些應用文的格式和習慣用語，應該加以熟悉和背誦，以便運用自如。

　　三、其他

　　考生在考試時注意在看到題目要求后不要忙于動筆，雖說小作文的字數(shù)充其量在一百多個單詞，但是依舊要在腦子里理清思路。最好能夠在仔細審題以后，認真列個提綱，這樣更有利于思路清晰。

　　寫作時，注意表達清楚以下幾個方面：

　　首先交代清楚寫信目的；其次為了讓閱卷者對你的文章結(jié)構(gòu)及表意一目了然，注意關(guān)聯(lián)詞或銜接詞的運用；接下來，應該對個人的觀點進行闡述。最后，行文間要注意簡化描述，用簡短的語句代替冗長的語句。在作文完成的時候，應該檢查、修改，以免遺漏一些需要表達清楚的要點和細節(jié)。
