早上，客廳里傳來(lái)了我讀英語(yǔ)的聲音，我以前英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的`不太好，暑假爸爸讓我再學(xué)一遍。
我還沒(méi)睡醒，就迷迷糊糊開(kāi)始讀了，說(shuō)是讀，其實(shí)是跟著磁帶學(xué)，會(huì)的說(shuō)一遍，不會(huì)的跟著磁帶亂說(shuō)一通，很快就讀到了第四單元。
媽媽來(lái)檢查，前面幾個(gè)內(nèi)容還簡(jiǎn)單，到了后面就有點(diǎn)吃不消了，怎么讀呀、意思是什么呀一個(gè)個(gè)問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)在我的腦子里，媽媽見(jiàn)我這么多都不會(huì)，叫爸爸來(lái)教我，爸爸教一個(gè)，我讀一個(gè)，后來(lái)還是一個(gè)記不住，只有硬著頭皮學(xué)，剛好英語(yǔ)書(shū)上有一個(gè)內(nèi)容題目叫“讀讀寫(xiě)寫(xiě)”，爸爸就讓我抄了一遍，這一抄，問(wèn)題更大，要么拿筆姿勢(shì)不對(duì)，要么眼睛離書(shū)本太近，要么單詞書(shū)寫(xiě)不規(guī)范……問(wèn)題一個(gè)接一個(gè)。
我剛想抱怨英語(yǔ)單詞太難，可又一想，這全都怪我平時(shí)上英語(yǔ)課不認(rèn)真，老師講課時(shí)，我在底下傳紙條、做小動(dòng)作、說(shuō)話(huà)，根本沒(méi)把老師放在眼里，沒(méi)有意識(shí)到英語(yǔ)的重要性。聽(tīng)爸爸說(shuō)，上中學(xué)以后，英語(yǔ)和語(yǔ)文數(shù)學(xué)一樣重要，高考時(shí)英語(yǔ)不行也考不上好大學(xué)，就算考上了好大學(xué)，連英語(yǔ)都不會(huì)說(shuō)，怎么和外國(guó)人交流？我可不想成為一個(gè)“少壯不努力，老大徒傷悲”的人。
想到這里，我決定暑假一定要補(bǔ)好英語(yǔ)：
一， 每天早上跟磁帶讀單詞，讀到會(huì)讀為止；
二， 每天早上聽(tīng)寫(xiě)十個(gè)單詞，寫(xiě)到會(huì)寫(xiě)為止；
三， 熟記課文意思，記會(huì)為止。

As can be seen from the graph, there have been sharp changes in the age distribution of drug addicts. To be concrete, the teenage addicts only made up 10 percent of all the drugsters in 1982 while the ratio rose up to 65 in 20xx.
The causes for them are not hard to find. First , teenagers’ fearless curiosity about everything new has led some of them into this marsh. Second, many of the young addicts turned for the first time to drugs for escape either from their failure in the national entrance exams or from their parents’ breakup. And above all, our education in the harmfulness of drugs has been far from adequate to build teenagers’ sound resistance to drugs. To sum up, the causes mentioned above must call for more of our concern, and effective measures should be taken to check the trend.
Obviously the drastic change will exert great impact on individuals and the whole society. For one thing, drug-taking does great damage to the health of drug users.. For another, some drug users commit robbery or even murder their parents and relatives to get money to buy drugs, which poses a great threat to the social security and the social stability. Therefore, it is high time we did something to put an end to this trend.

二、參與對(duì)象
本校全體初、高中學(xué)生。
三、比賽規(guī)則
1、活動(dòng)本著“自由思想，明白表達(dá)，獨(dú)立完成”的`原則。各年級(jí)老師針對(duì)本年級(jí)學(xué)生實(shí)際情況確定寫(xiě)作主題或體裁，要求內(nèi)容健康，積極向上，寫(xiě)出自己的真情實(shí)感。
2、每人在規(guī)定期間內(nèi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)完成一篇全英文寫(xiě)作，要求作品必須原創(chuàng)，杜絕抄襲，字?jǐn)?shù)不少于150字（初中組）或300字（高中組）。
四、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方法
1、本次活動(dòng)要求各班學(xué)生人人參與，之后每班選拔5名優(yōu)秀選手代表班級(jí)參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作文比賽，由年級(jí)統(tǒng)一評(píng)比，設(shè)獎(jiǎng)比率為一等獎(jiǎng)20%， 二等獎(jiǎng)20%，三等獎(jiǎng)20%，優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)若干名。
2、本次比賽活動(dòng)由新世界康橋贊助，提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)與獎(jiǎng)狀獎(jiǎng)品。屆時(shí)將在學(xué)校報(bào)告廳舉行金岸中學(xué)第四屆“康橋杯”英語(yǔ)作文大賽頒獎(jiǎng)典禮暨英語(yǔ)沙龍。
3、組織部分優(yōu)秀學(xué)生作品代表學(xué)校參加“第九屆奧林匹克杯全國(guó)英語(yǔ)作文大賽”。獲獎(jiǎng)學(xué)生及指導(dǎo)老師均會(huì)獲得相關(guān)榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
五、日程安排：
1、20xx年3月26日（第七周星期三）各班動(dòng)員學(xué)生積極參加第四屆“康橋杯”英語(yǔ)作文大賽，并組織學(xué)生參加班級(jí)的英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作選拔賽，以確定代表班級(jí)參加學(xué)校第四屆英語(yǔ)作文現(xiàn)場(chǎng)比賽的選手名單。
2、20xx年4月2日（第八周星期三）每班選派5人于下午5:10---6:00在報(bào)告廳參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作比賽，由科組統(tǒng)一裝訂后分發(fā)年級(jí)老師交叉評(píng)分（采用二評(píng)，初中15分制，高中25分制）。
3、4月9日（第九周星期三）各年級(jí)組統(tǒng)計(jì)比賽成績(jī)，確定獲獎(jiǎng)等次，并將作文及名單匯總于科組整理備獎(jiǎng)。
4、4月25日下午5:10（第十一周星期五第八節(jié)課）在報(bào)告廳舉行頒獎(jiǎng)典禮暨英語(yǔ)沙龍活動(dòng)。
5、4月30日（第十二周星期三）按第九屆奧林匹克杯全國(guó)英語(yǔ)作文大賽要求上交參賽作品并郵寄（電子版）。

However, my dream changed as I growing up. At the stages of senior school and middle school, I hope I can have enough time to play but not to do so much homework. At these two stages, I was compelled to stay at classroom for most of my days; what’s more, I have to do a mass of homework after school. So at that time, I thirst for freedom.

It is beneficial for the poor students or those students who are not rich enough. What they need to do is to buy a computer or spend little money to go to the net-bar.
