克服弱點(diǎn) Get Over My Weakness
When the things are urgent for me, I will be very impatient and get myself in the mess. Being impatient is my weakness, I know it is not good for me, but I just cannot control myself. Now I have learned to make things slowly, I can’t lose control no matter how bad the things are going on. I believe I can get over my weakness and be a better person.

I love clean thing, it sounds good for me. But the thing is that I can't bear the dirty environment around me, I am very picky about the environment. I need to make some change, I must get used to the normal situation. So I learn to wash the dirty clothes and do some dirty work. It is hard for me but I start to get over my weakness.

Some people say that English teaching at college in China has proved to be successful Take College English Test as an example， more than four million students have taken it and the number is still increasing year by year。 This means that increasing numbers of people are aware of the necessity and importance of English learning。 What is more， large numbers of students who are competent in English are XXX their contributions to the county in all walks of life。 Others， on the other hand， suggest that English teaching at college in China is a complete failure。 They suggest that， on the whole， most graduates still can＇t communicate with native speakers properly in spoken English。 Besides， they are incompetent in both translation and writing。
I think great progress has been made in English teaching at college in China over the past 15 years。 Yet， there are still some problems。 On the one hand， English teaching at college in China is still teacher centered， although the student centered approach has been advocated for years。 The teacher dominates the class， leaving students little time to practice。 On the other hand， English teaching at college in China is still test oriented。 Passing College English Test has been regarded as a prerequisite for graduates to get jobs on the job market。 So great emphasis is given on how to pass the tests rather than on how to develop the students＇ language skills。 As a result， students do not have the language competence though most of them have passed College English Test。
Therefore， it is my strong feeling therefore that English teaching at colleges in China should go through some radical reform。 Priority should be given to the development of the four language skills rather than to develop the skills in passing the examination。

Nowadays, many primary schools give English courses from the first grade. It is commonly believed that the earlier children begin to study a foreign language, the better they can master it, so the English class in primary schools is necessary. What's more, studies show that schoolchildren are more likely to cultivate an interest and love in English learning rather than to study it as a boring task.
But others take a negative attitude. They don't think language study in early age could foster the top language master. On the contrary, if children begin to study English too early, their study of Chinese would be interfered, and the result is that both their mother tongue and English would be poor. It is true that many children in the first grade always confuse English letters with the Pinyin.
Consequently, I have to agree that English class in primary school is good for children in language learning, but we should not ignore its weak points. So English class in primary schools is good and the class beginning from the fourth grade would be better.
