Different people have different opinions on the importance of academic subjects and courses in ethics, some people believe that students should emphasize academic subjects for the reason that the more academicsubjects they take up, the greater contributions they can make to society, in their opinion, it is of no importance at all whether students take courses in ethics or not.
However, other people think differently, they think that all students should be required to take at least one course in ethics, even if taking the course means spending less time in academic subjects, because morality is indispensable to all who want to be prominent in acade-mic subjects. suppose a professor who is famous for his academic achievements is a dishonest person, then no matter how successful he is in his academic areat he will not be respected.in my opinion, both academic subjects and courses in ethics are necessary to students. for one thing, academic subjects make students brighter and more confident, for another thing, the courses in ethics can help students adopt correct attitude of life.
