　　Last Friday afternoon, there was a basketball match between Class One and Class Four. It was the final match of basketball games. Almost all students went to the playground to enjoy this match. The students of the two classes are the most excited.

　　They tried their best to cheer for their team. This match lasted for half an hour. It was very exciting. Both teams did very well. At last, Class Four won the games and the scores were47:39.

　　這次比賽無論是主持還是演講，都是全英文的。東看看，西看看，竟來了不少我認識的人。學(xué)校的.幾位老師來做評委，還有一位外教呢！

　　比賽開始。首先，是兩位主持人一番簡短的介紹，然后選手開始挨個兒上臺。每個人都有一份課件，上面是演講內(nèi)容，選手要流暢地背出稿子，才能得高分。他們一口流利的英語，聽得我云里霧里。我不由得感嘆道，這就是差距��！不過根據(jù)課件上的英文，我還是認出了一些單詞。

　　選手的情況也不同：有的一口英語說得頭頭是道，聽得人一愣一愣的；有的上了臺過于緊張，忘了詞，又下來整理整理思緒再上臺；也有的背得不錯，卻出了一點小插曲的……可謂是千姿百態(tài)。

　　選手們講的內(nèi)容各不相同：有的流暢地講了那些經(jīng)典的故事；有的介紹了自己喜歡的動物或東西；還有的講了自己從一句話或者一件事中感悟的道理……內(nèi)容各不相同。

　　通過這次比賽，我深切地體會到了：人外有人，天外有天。我要更加努力地學(xué)習(xí)英語喲！

　　The 21st CENTURY speech contest was held on Friday afternoon in the lecture hall, Gaoxin

　　Campus. It was great. Each grade in our school had a speech contest. Eighteen candidates from Grade Six took part in it. The first three winners would go to the next grade.

　　All of the speakers prepared well for the speech. When the contest began, some of the speakers were very nervous as they were giving speech to the audience.

　　The thing that made me shocked was, when the speakers were giving a speech and the fellow students were so quiet that you could hear the speakers clearly. When our class speakers went up, our whole class was cheering, it was crazy. The speakers delivered their speeches very fluently that I couldn’t even do it so good.

　　I remember all of the speakers talked about their parents. They said all of the good things about their parents, but no one said their flaws. But I think everyone has already done a great job. They all did their best.

　　Congratulations to all the candidates on their excellent jobs. I hope all of them will do better and better in the future.

　　今天我們到青龍中學(xué)（六中）去參加雙語比賽，我到了以后發(fā)現(xiàn)同學(xué)們差不多已經(jīng)都到齊了。然后我們便自己準(zhǔn)備起了英語短文，這樣可以等待還沒有來的同學(xué)。等到同學(xué)們都來齊了，Ms yu便帶領(lǐng)我們進去了。校園里邊特別漂亮，噴泉花壇、全塑膠跑道、參天大樹還有整齊的教學(xué)樓，我們帶隊的同學(xué)竟然被這美麗的風(fēng)景迷住了，差一點兒就帶著同學(xué)們走到操場上。但是幸虧Ms yu叫住了我們，然后我們圍成一個圈表演，李曉曷第一個，她上去以后背的非常快而且中文沒背就想下去，被Ms yu一下退了回去背了中文，我是第二個上去的，我表情自如，動作加的非常到位但是Ms yu說我聲音太小，語速太快。

　　終于工作人員過來說：“B組的'同學(xué)比賽了，B組的趕緊過來！”我們排成兩隊走到大廳，然后工作人員點名，我是第6個。我們按順序排好隊后，就走進了初一 九班，然后抽簽按順序號入座我15號、梅笑寒14號、宋淑涵13號和陳玥琦17號我覺得真的是太有緣了，第一組開始比賽了，是1—10號比賽。所以我們又等了漫長的幾十分鐘，終于輪到我們比賽了，我們進入了比賽場地，這時我看到了一個男老師，兩個女老師，和一個女外教。夏侯楊子先上，他一上場就問了老師幾個問題特別搞笑，然后才開始背的……，終于到了我上場了，我站的筆直背的英文流利，中文標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，聲音洪亮的都可以聽見回音了，外教的問題也都全部答對了。所有的參賽選手都答的非常好，我們就退場了，我們出來以后Ms yu緊張的問我們答的怎么樣？我們都說答的很好，聽了我們的回答她的臉上露出了滿意的笑容…………等過了漫長的1個小時，成績出來了，我得了97分！全組（35人）第一名！我當(dāng)時心里非常高興：我今天能取得這么優(yōu)異的成績，和Ms yu平時的辛勤輔導(dǎo)是分不開的，在這里我要感謝Ms yu！

　　希望我在復(fù)賽中，繼續(xù)取得優(yōu)異的成績！
