今天，我參加了中央電視臺希望之星英語風采大賽山東省德州賽區(qū)的復(fù)賽，可真謂難上加難，勢比登天，真是上刀山下火海，難得不得了。但是即使這樣，我也沒灰心，反而振作了起來，用微笑和笑容迎接比賽�？粗渌x手站在那里不知所措，緊張的不得了，我感覺他們真令人可悲。我相信，這些選手肯定在家練了不下百回，但到臺上卻瞠目結(jié)舌，“臺詞”也忘得一干二凈了，只見他們站在那里，就像一個個泥雕，仿佛著名雕塑家羅丹的大作。但這不是比雕塑，而是比英語才能的發(fā)揮水平，比的是英語口語。我作為一名普通的選手，看著就感覺苦笑不得。
雖然你不可能要求每一名選手都做到臨危不懼這四個字，但也不能像老鼠遇上貓一樣膽戰(zhàn)心驚，雙腿直發(fā)抖，不敢正視評委，把評委看成了高高在上的大法官，而把自己比成了即將被判刑的重刑犯。這些選手的'滑稽“表演”，絲毫沒影響到我。時間飛逝，當評委大聲喊到張家泰三個字時，我一愣，隨即從容大方的走上講臺，侃侃而談起來，我把事先準備好的英語作文朗誦，我感覺我的英語作文就像洪水咆哮般涌來，富有激情和熱情，我越說越興奮，越說越高興，仿佛這不是一場比賽，而是游樂園，使我沒有壓力。接下來的環(huán)節(jié)我表現(xiàn)依然best。但結(jié)束后，我對自己充滿了信心，確信一定能進半決賽，接著進入那匪夷所思的決賽，并在決賽中勝出。
果不出我所料，到星期天去查詢成績時，看到入圍名單上有陳駿彬三個大字時，我的心臟簡直快蹦出來了，又是這幸運的三個字：陳駿彬。讓我走上了半決賽之路，使我能夠再一次在中央電視臺希望之星英語風采大賽山東省德州市賽區(qū)的半決賽上展示自我，出人頭地，鶴立雞群，我真的是太開心了，但漫長的比賽之路又開始了，讓我放下驕傲，迎來謙虛，最后走向成功，成就我的星光之夢，贏得一臺臺式聯(lián)想四核液晶電腦，我正為此而努力著，加油吧！陳駿彬，你能行，下一個希望之星就是我。

When I put on a sports jacket,running in a basketball game,there is a feeling of freedom remain free.The blue sky and white clouds,sunshine,fresh air makes me to all the trouble to soak in the head.
When I have a rhythm on the court slapped basketball,it issued a "bang,bang,bang " sound,that sound inspire people.
Whenever I get rid of each other's attack,firmly into the basket,there will be a joy and happiness.When the ball " bang,bang " and shoes and ground milled " squeak,squeak " sound interleaved together,sounded like the symphony let me revel in it!
I love basketball,I love basketball,because it can make me happy and bring me joy!
My classmates and I often play together,this is more interesting.I played basketball with classmates and happy,in our hands freely,because we played very skilled.I now because the power is not enough,so the three points and almost,I am going to practice!

昨天，我去參加英語歌謠大賽，我很高興。我是53號上場的，我的頭上戴了一個兔耳朵，很像一個小兔子，我的表情很好，可是我的心里很緊張，我表演呀表演，終于表演完了，我給大家用英語說了聲再見，然后就走了，到了最后，老師宣布了成績。
我得了二等獎，我很失落，因為我想我的.表演沒有得一等獎，這下我得要好好復(fù)習(xí)英語，要像這次英語歌謠大賽得一等獎的同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)，如果下次再有機會的話，我一定會積極參加，爭取得上一等獎。

說起比賽,從小到大我參加過許多項目，其中讓我印象最深刻的一次是四年級代表班參加英語說故事比賽,當時被老師選上的心情真是雀躍不已。
比賽的日子一天天的來臨，每當媽媽要我多練習(xí)時,我總是漫不經(jīng)心,認為短短三分鐘的故事對我來說非常容易，根本不用花太多時間練習(xí)。直到預(yù)演時，站在講臺上結(jié)結(jié)巴巴、腦中一片空白時才知大事不妙�；丶液螅_始進行魔鬼般的訓(xùn)練，不論是洗澡、吃飯甚至走在路上，我的口中總是念念有詞。直到比賽前一晚，我還希望明天發(fā)生超級強烈臺風，這樣就有多一天臺風假的時間可以準備。但是,天不從人愿，比賽當天是個大晴天和我忐忑不安的心情正好相反。
比賽時,我抽到一號， 連害怕的時間都沒有就要準備上場了，說也奇怪，不知哪來的神秘力量?我竟能朗朗上口，順利的`把故事說完。原以為兩腳發(fā)抖、忘詞的情節(jié)，竟然幸運的都沒有發(fā)生在我身上。下臺后,回到自己的座位上，專心聆聽其他選手的表演，有的人緊張得四肢僵硬、臉色發(fā)白，有的人表演得生動活潑、令人不禁贊賞!公布名次的時刻終于來了，很僥倖的我得到第三名，真是興奮極了!
有了這次的經(jīng)驗，不但讓可以學(xué)習(xí)到其選手的優(yōu)點，也深深體會到“勝利是留給有充分準備的人”。如果當時我沒有下定決心急起直追、努力準備，也無法享受得到好成績的喜悅!下次的比賽，得要及早準備,才不會臨時抱佛腳，錯失成功的機會!

四、宣布比賽環(huán)節(jié)和評分細則
Now I would like to introduce the rules for the contest
Today's competition has two phases: The first phase is a 5 minutes’ speech show, which composes 60% of the score. In this part, the contestants are supposed to make a 3 minutes’ impromptu speech according to the topics , and then they will answer the questions raised by our judges, and the time limit is 2 minutes.
And the second phase is the role play of each contestant, which takes 40% of the final score. Every one of them will be given 5 minutes to display their role they selected beforehand.
After the performance by the contestants, our judges will give fair judgment according to the comprehensive performance of each contestant. We will have one champion, two second prizes winners, three third prize and the rest contestants will get the Excellence Award. I wish all of them achieve a lot, and have good luck.
