上個月,希望之星昂立英語大賽報名了!我興奮不已,立刻報上名,拿到了一個名額。
報上名后我才知道,全市有二千多人參加這次比賽,選拔賽后只有500個晉級名額,一聽到這個消息,我馬上像泄了氣的皮球,沒有信心了。那天晚上,輪到我上場了,我從容地走上臺,勉強把稿子背了一遍,下臺后才發(fā)現(xiàn)嘴里竟還含著口香糖呢!沒想到公布成績時我竟然也晉級了!真讓我又驚訝又高興!
復賽時,我的分數(shù)不是很高,但還是順利晉級。這下我忽然擔心起來,生怕決賽時被刷下來了。回家后,我又把稿子重新修改了一遍,把每個單詞、每個句子都反復朗讀,做到精確無誤,還用心設計了每一個動作。我信心滿滿地走上臺,一開口,評委的臉上就露出了笑容,我流暢地做著自我介紹、演講、才藝展示。我們五個人都講完了,評委進行了認真的點評,最后公布成績——— 我取得了我們組的`最高分!這一次又順利晉級了!我高興得心花怒放,合不攏嘴。媽媽也高興地抱著我親了又親。
這次比賽意義非凡,我一生也忘不了,因為我從這次比賽中懂得了成功只留給那些準備充分的人!

輪到我上場了,我懷著忐忑不安地走上了舞臺。我先深深地吸了一口氣,開始做起了自我介紹,但可以清晰的聽出,我的聲音有點微微的顫抖。講著講著,我仿佛看見了優(yōu)質駱駝在沙漠上行走,在綠洲里吃草。接二連三的畫面出現(xiàn)在了我的眼前。我的心平靜了下來,聲音不再顫抖,人也變得大方起來了,還加上了動作和感情。當我講完了最后一句話,又說了結束語之后,我不禁長長地吁了一口氣。當我往臺下看時,評委老師向我投來了贊許的.目光,嘴上露出了甜甜的微笑。
晚上回到家,發(fā)現(xiàn)媽媽比以往都要高興,我很奇怪。媽媽告訴我了我一個好消息:“集團,你的英語故事比賽得了全年段第一名!”我聽了這個消息,高興得差點跳了起來,這可真是一個令我振奮的好消息啊!

比賽開始。首先,是兩位主持人一番簡短的介紹,然后選手開始挨個兒上臺。每個人都有一份課件,上面是演講內容,選手要流暢地背出稿子,才能得高分。他們一口流利的英語,聽得我云里霧里。我不由得感嘆道,這就是差距啊!不過根據(jù)課件上的英文,我還是認出了一些單詞。
選手的情況也不同:有的.一口英語說得頭頭是道,聽得人一愣一愣的;有的上了臺過于緊張,忘了詞,又下來整理整理思緒再上臺;也有的背得不錯,卻出了一點小插曲的……可謂是千姿百態(tài)。
選手們講的內容各不相同:有的流暢地講了那些經典的故事;有的介紹了自己喜歡的動物或東西;還有的講了自己從一句話或者一件事中感悟的道理……內容各不相同。
