　　要說我敬佩的一個人，那就是我的媽媽，她長得不高也不矮，瘦瘦的，好象一陣風就會把媽媽吹倒（開個玩笑）。接下來我就給你講講媽媽學英語的事。

　　那時我才上三年級，學校里開了英語課，每次老師說要我們回家讀課文給家長聽，可是好多地方媽媽不懂，我讀錯了她也不知道，而且我不會讀的單詞和課文也沒有人幫我輔導，為這媽媽和我都很苦惱。幾天以后媽媽做了個想象不到的決定：媽媽要學—英—語。我和爸爸都不敢相信自己的耳朵。

　　媽媽說到果然做到，她先去買了許多英語教材和磁帶，然后又去報了英語班�？墒谴蠖鄶�(shù)英語班都是教小孩子的，好不容易才找到一個教成人英語的，媽媽很高興。

　　媽媽一開始學英語很困難，爸爸勸她說：“你現(xiàn)在都三十多了，記憶又不好，沒有年輕時的腦子好用了，反正也學不好，不如別學了。”我也勸媽媽不要那么辛苦，可媽媽就是不聽，她說：“我不能半途而廢，有始無終，我一定要堅持，要給璐璐做個好榜樣，不是嗎？”然后媽媽有接著背單詞、讀課文。因為媽媽基礎不扎實，所以要從三年級的教材開始學。晚上我們叫媽媽睡覺了，她說：“你們先睡我過一會就睡”。我們就沒管她。12點多了我起來喝水，看見媽媽還在看書就勸她早就休息，她點點頭說：“再學一會”。

　　到了第二天，我們看見媽媽的眼睛紅紅的腫腫的，也不知道昨天晚上幾點才睡，爸爸生氣的說：“你愛惜點自己的身體好不好？多大的人了，眼睛還要不要？”我也對媽媽說：“你這樣是會影響上班的。”媽媽只是笑笑，照樣我行我素，爸爸一生氣就把媽媽報的那個英語班給退了。媽媽知道后很傷心，不理爸爸了好幾天。我們以為媽媽傷心過后就不學了，但我們錯了，媽媽照樣堅持著，自己邊學邊找老師，就這樣媽媽堅持了兩年多，終于學會了英語，現(xiàn)在我的.英語也有人幫我輔導了，我們能在家里進行簡單的英語對話，我的英語成績也慢慢的上升，我真為我的媽媽驕傲。
