一個不平凡的周一，中午匆匆忙忙吃完飯騎車來到指定地點化妝，英語節(jié)就這樣悄然地到來了。
經(jīng)過長時間的排練，我們所表演地《百萬英鎊》由生疏到熟練，每個人都把自己的臺詞駕馭地非常好。第二節(jié)課下過后，我們幾個小伙伴就直奔表演廳，身上的'一腔熱血還未展示出來。換好服裝，在臺下默默等待。在前一個節(jié)目一演完，主持人上臺，這才到真正展示我們班風(fēng)采的時候，每個人都超常發(fā)揮，真正地把自己融入到劇本中去。
躺躬、謝幕，我們完成了表演任務(wù)，不得不感慨：“臺上一分鐘，臺下十年功�！贝藭r的我又感覺全身舒暢與快活，完成這么一個表演實在欣慰不已。隨后，我們一群人又秒變“吃瓜群眾，看著臺上其它班的精彩表演。
尤其是《Dream it Possible》—首歌令我獨愛，雖說有破音的地方，但是整個場面的氣勢卻掌握的很好，那清亮的歌使我們都禁不住隨音樂揮舞起雙手。再比如初一年級演的《后媽茶花會》，真的讓我震撼，直接營造出了一種恐怖而又陰冷地氛圍，尤其是說的臺詞，密集而又快速，不知付出了多大的努力？
英語節(jié)算是結(jié)束了，但卻回味無窮，接下來我們就該集中精力復(fù)習(xí)，為期末考試做準(zhǔn)備了！

But ,what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible.

這時，我想起了媽媽的一句話：“不是所有的種子都必須要長成參天大樹，但如果不努力，就不能破土而出，更不會長成參天大樹�！庇谑�，我徑直走向了物業(yè)的大門，報了名。我回到家以后和媽媽說明了情況，媽媽二話不說，幫我到圖文店里打印了資料，我拿起了資料，如饑似渴地讀了起來，因為比賽的時候是要脫稿的，所以我一有時間就拿出來練習(xí)。
比賽那天，我面帶微笑的對著一些外國人。我異常緊張，但又想：養(yǎng)兵千日用兵一時。我之前的努力不就是為了這一刻嗎？我絕對不能在這個關(guān)節(jié)點上掉鏈子。于是，我發(fā)揮超常。但是我的對手都是大人，所以我的成績一落千丈。
雖然這次我沒有得到名次，但是它讓我明白了一個道理：只有努力才是通向成功的捷徑。
