　　As children approach adulthood,school education has a great effect on the development of them and how to deal with the relationship between teachers and students is quite important.

　　Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students' friends and they will deal with the students' problems fairly and equally which will deserve students' trust.Besides,students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least,students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the other's stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers,the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.

　　我的英語老師，對于其他其他學(xué)科老師，或者在我們所遇到的英語老師之中，她給我的印象是截然不同的。別的英語老師，都是對著書本將內(nèi)容，然后講一講課文里面的東西，最后每天早上還會進(jìn)行背誦、背單詞與課文，并且上課前都是會進(jìn)行默寫。但是，我的.這位英語老師是不一樣的。

　　首先，她會讓我們的課堂更加活躍，比如，在上課之前，讓每個人都有機(jī)會來上臺分享自己的小故事，當(dāng)然是用英語表達(dá)。而我，當(dāng)然也上臺表演，并且在那一次老師給我了一個很高的評價(jià)，并且給予了我一些小tips（小招)，比如說我需要再加強(qiáng)稿子的熟練度，發(fā)音需要再改正，等等。

　　其次，我們上課會做一些互動，先讓我們看一些小視頻、短篇，譬如TED，然后讓我們用英語表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)與想法，不但增大了我的膽量，還讓我能夠表達(dá)出自己的想法，讓我獲得了參與感與榮譽(yù)感。

　　此外，她作為一名老師，工作是教書育人，所以她對于育人方面很重視。有一次，我們上課講到了價(jià)值觀，于是她會分享之前作為學(xué)生的經(jīng)歷，讓我們從中獲益，融入到生活之中，成為有價(jià)值的東西。

　　雖然，她樣貌平平，但是她會打扮自己，與其說是一位老師，更像是一位知心大姐姐，幫助我們成長。所以，我很感謝她對于我們的教導(dǎo)。
