　　Books are our friends because they are bridges to knowledge. Knowledge is valuable because it enriches our life and brings us happiness.

　　書是我們的朋友，因為他們是知識的橋梁。知識是有價值的，因為它能充實我們的生活，給我們帶來快樂。

　　Almost all great men in the history of mankind loved books. We have every reason to believe it is the knowledge in books that led them to success. There is no genius without books. Because books give them knowledge and knowledge gives them power. A man is half blind if he is unable to read.

　　在人類歷史上幾乎所有的偉人都喜愛書籍。我們有理由相信是書中的知識使他們獲得了成功。沒有天才是不讀書的。因為書給了他們知識，而知識給了他們力量。如果一個人不能閱讀他就是半盲的了。

　　Books make us able to learn about the past and look forward to the future. They are the most valuable things in the world. Let books be our good friends all the time.

　　The most important thing for me to choose my friends is to choose people with common interest and goals.We are worth to make friends with people that we choose to be friends with for life therefore we need to have common interest.Also ,it is worth to make friends with person we can feel comfortable with no matter where we are or what the subject may be.It is important that we choose friends with goals.We who don't know who we are or what we may become,but at least a life sponging on our parents and friends.When choosing friends it is very important that we surround our self with people of similar religious beliefs.By doing this our friends will share our conscious and we will have good,clean,fun when we are together.Its also nice to have a friend on our age that we can talk to about things and we understand.

　　Li Ming is my best friend in our class.

　　She has a pair of big eyes, like two watery grapes, like any clues, slight escapes her eyes. Her nose is small, but very sensitive. Her lips were red, mouth a little. Her ears, though small, but she is very careful listening in class. She has dark hair black, with long pigtails. She is short and thin. She likes singing and reading.

　　She is a man of ingenuity. On one occasion, an art teacher taught us to do the fan, she taught two kinds of methods. Students successfully finished the first fan, but the second they won't do, no matter what they fold, how sticky, fans still do not come out. At this moment, I saw my deskmate li Ming has looked at the art book unhurriedly, wanted to think, she put a piece of folded the paper in the material bag, again in a piece of paper, fold paper according to the first method I saw her, I thought to myself, she this is not a waste of material? 　　她有一雙水靈靈的大眼睛，像二顆水靈的葡萄，像是任何蛛絲馬跡、風吹草動都逃不過她的雙眼。她的鼻子小小的，但非常靈敏。她的嘴唇紅紅的，嘴巴小小的。她的耳朵雖然小小的，但是她上課聽講很仔細。她的頭發(fā)烏黑烏黑的，扎著長長的馬尾辮。她個子矮矮的、瘦瘦的'。她喜歡唱歌、看書。

　　她是一個心靈手巧的人。有一次，美術老師教我們做扇子，她教了二種方法。同學們都順利地做完了第一把扇子，可第二把他們都不會做，無論他們怎么折、怎么粘，扇子還是做不出來。這時，我看見我的同桌李明卻不慌不忙地看了看美術書，想了想，她把一張折過的紙放進材料袋中，又換了一張紙，我看見她把紙按第一種方法折，我心想：她這不是在浪費材料嗎?可我這才發(fā)現(xiàn)，她將紙的一格折成二格，按正反正反的順序靈巧地折下去，折完之后她用線把紙綁起來，用膠水把紙的其中一個開頭粘牢，再將膠水把筷子粘起來，最后將筷子粘在紙的另一個開口，這樣扇子就做成了。我也馬上做了一把，同學們見了，紛紛向李明請教，她卻指了指美術書，讓同學們看美術書。同學們也做出了第二把扇子。
