　　A Dragon boat race is a traditional amusement activityin dragon boat festival. Today, my mother took me out to watch dragon boatraces. I was very excited, because this was my first time to watch such race. Whenwe arrived at Nanhu Park, there were hundreds of people around the two sides ofthe river. We found a place can see the match clearly hardly. The participatesat on the boat look like dragon. When the signal to start set, everyone on theboat tried their best to make the boat forward. And the people who werewatching also cheered them. The air was very lively.

　　龍舟比賽是端午節(jié)的傳統(tǒng)娛樂活動。今天，我媽媽帶我出去看龍舟比賽。我很興奮，因?yàn)檫@是我第一次去看這樣的比賽。我們來到南湖公園的時(shí)候，那里有成百上千的人在河的兩邊。我們好不容易找到一個(gè)可以清楚看到比賽的`地方。參賽者都坐在像龍一樣的船里面。當(dāng)開始的信號發(fā)出的時(shí)候，每個(gè)人都努力使他們的船前進(jìn)。觀眾們也為他們加油打氣。氣氛很熱鬧。

　　最近，我很忙碌。

　　為什么？因?yàn)槲冶恍だ蠋熗扑]參加一個(gè)英語短劇的演出。我因此而忙碌著。這個(gè)英語短劇是要參加下關(guān)區(qū)比賽的，能加入其中是很大的榮幸。如果不是肖老師，我根本沒有機(jī)會，所以我非常感謝肖老師。

　　我的角色是“旁白”。不要小看這個(gè)角色哦，在整部劇中還是很重要的。

　　每天放學(xué)后，我都要去多媒體教室排練。也許是我的英語沒有汪天昊好，也許是我不了解該怎樣說好旁白，我常常被miss騰和miss姚糾正單詞的讀音和音調(diào)；而且因?yàn)榫o張，我?guī)缀踔皇菣C(jī)械地背誦而不是富含感情地朗誦。

　　我很害怕，這樣下去會有什么不好的結(jié)果。

　　終于，危機(jī)真的降臨。老師發(fā)出了最后通牒：如果再不能讓所有的老師滿意，我就要被換掉！聽到這個(gè)消息，我的“金豆子”吧嗒吧嗒地滴落下來，傷心、難受還有對自己的失望，充滿我的心中�？墒强蓿钟惺裁从�？我擦掉眼淚，望著隨風(fēng)舞動的小草，笑著對自己說：加油，相信自己！

　　回家后，我拼命地練習(xí)，練發(fā)音，練語調(diào)，對著鏡子看自己的`表情，一遍一遍，直到我的臉頰麻木。

　　今天，傳來了喜訊：我們的節(jié)目獲得了下關(guān)區(qū)第一名！我高興極了，我的努力終于有了結(jié)果！

　　我們還將參加南京市的比賽，是否能贏，我不能肯定，但是，只要努力，一定會有好的成績，這一點(diǎn)，我深信不疑！

　　T:Welcome to the final of the 5th English speaking contest of Jianghan University. L : 本次大賽由江漢大學(xué)讀者協(xié)會舉辦，從三月初到現(xiàn)在，經(jīng)過層層篩選，八位選手從數(shù)百名選手中脫穎而出，來到我們決賽現(xiàn)場。

　　T : This contest is organized by the Readers Association of Jianghan University. 8 prominent contestants have distinguished themselves in the preliminary and intermediate contests.

　　四、宣布比賽環(huán)節(jié)和評分細(xì)則

　　Now I would like to introduce the rules for the contest

　　Today's competition has two phases: The first phase is a 5 minutes’ speech show, which composes 60% of the score. In this part, the contestants are supposed to make a 3 minutes’ impromptu speech according to the topics , and then they will answer the questions raised by our judges, and the time limit is 2 minutes.

　　And the second phase is the role play of each contestant, which takes 40% of the final score. Every one of them will be given 5 minutes to display their role they selected beforehand.

　　After the performance by the contestants, our judges will give fair judgment according to the comprehensive performance of each contestant. We will have one champion, two second prizes winners, three third prize and the rest contestants will get the Excellence Award. I wish all of them achieve a lot, and have good luck.
