　　Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people want to make a big difference to prove their value. People who set their goal and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. I think the difference between success and failure is perseverance. If we have perseverance, even if we are not clever, we will make a great difference, but if we not, we are doomed to lose. As we all know, Edison is a great inventor in the world. However, before he invented the bulb, he kept trying for tens of thousands of times to find a suitable wire. 　　Campus. It was great. Each grade in our school had a speech contest. Eighteen candidates from Grade Six took part in it. The first three winners would go to the next grade.

　　All of the speakers prepared well for the speech. When the contest began, some of the speakers were very nervous as they were giving speech to the audience.

　　The thing that made me shocked was, when the speakers were giving a speech and the fellow students were so quiet that you could hear the speakers clearly. When our class speakers went up, our whole class was cheering, it was crazy. The speakers delivered their speeches very fluently that I couldn’t even do it so good.

　　I remember all of the speakers talked about their parents. They said all of the good things about their parents, but no one said their flaws. But I think everyone has already done a great job. They all did their best.
