　　Plastic Surgery

　　Appearance was once regarded as something we were born with and fixed. However, it is a different story now. Thanks to the advanced medical technology, people are able to change their original faces or other body parts, and plastic surgery now enjoys great popularity around the world.

　　People take plastic surgery for different reasons. Some spend a great deal of money on the plastic surgery because they dream of becoming a film or TV star but they are not beautiful by birth. Some, however, have to take the surgery because of certain birth defects, such as harelip and lameness, and injuries in accidents. There emerges a new group nowadays — college fresh female grads who insist that a beauty will land a job much more easily.

　　In my view, it’s not necessary that people try to beautify themselves. What we should bear in mind is that being natural is being beautiful. What’s more, people should judge others by their capacity instead of their appearances.

　　First of all, enough sleep makes us energetic. After a day’s working, people feel tired. Therefore, a good and enough sleep can help people recover from the exhausting status.

　　Secondly, sleep enough can avoid illness. It is investigated that more than 90% people who suffers from insomnia are tending to fall ill easily compared with those who have enough sleep.

　　Thirdly, enough sleep benefits our mind. According to researcher from American and French, the “Sharp Wave Ripple” in brain which is responsible for strengthen memory can only appear when people fall into deep sleep. If we have enough sleep, then our memory will be improved so that we can learn things more efficiently.

　　All in all, enough sleep makes us energetic, benefit our mind and also help us to avoid from being ill. Hence, people should get enough sleep.

　　I have a happy family, nagging mom, lazy father and naughty of me.

　　媽媽很愛(ài)嘮叨，有一次我正在寫(xiě)家庭作業(yè)，爸爸玩電腦，媽媽走過(guò)來(lái)看我寫(xiě)的作業(yè)，說(shuō)：“你怎么寫(xiě)這么慢，是不是有一邊寫(xiě)一邊玩啊!”走到爸爸跟前說(shuō)：“你就會(huì)玩，你拿回來(lái)的`作業(yè)怎么不處理，還有周一的練習(xí)你準(zhǔn)備好了嗎?(爸爸也是高中教師哦)”一會(huì)又走到我旁邊，正好我寫(xiě)一個(gè)錯(cuò)字，媽媽立刻說(shuō)：“你看，寫(xiě)作業(yè)這么不認(rèn)真，又寫(xiě)錯(cuò)字了吧。”又在爸爸那站一會(huì)兒說(shuō)：“把那些典型錯(cuò)誤記下來(lái)啊，上課的時(shí)候有針對(duì)性�！卑�，媽媽什么時(shí)候能安靜一會(huì)哦。

　　中午要吃飯了，媽媽說(shuō)：“作業(yè)拿來(lái)，我檢查一下�！眿寢屢贿厵z查著我的作業(yè)一邊指出作業(yè)的缺點(diǎn)，嚴(yán)重的地方逼著我立刻改掉，真不耐煩啊!不過(guò)，中午飯還是很豐盛的，媽媽總是做我愛(ài)吃的，還注意營(yíng)養(yǎng)搭配，吃飯時(shí)盡管有媽媽的不時(shí)嘮叨，讓我們多吃、細(xì)嚼慢咽、讓我們......但我還是吃得很開(kāi)心。

　　又一個(gè)周末，我拿著滿(mǎn)分地單元考卷，爸爸拿著他們班的段考成績(jī)一起向媽媽“炫耀”，媽媽又說(shuō)開(kāi)了:“取得成績(jī)不可驕傲......”我和爸爸趕緊躲進(jìn)臥室，爸爸說(shuō)：“其實(shí)我們能取得好成績(jī).....”我趕緊接嘴：“媽媽功勞最大。”我們爺倆相視而笑。
