america was attacked by terrorists on september 11 this year. the terrorists crashed into americas pentagon with an airplane. the terrorists used airplanes to hit many tall buildings in america. there were bombs inside the buildings. when the airplanes hit the tall buildings, the tall buildings and the airplanes eploded. about si thousand people died. how terrible that is! i think the terrorists were crazy. people say that the american emergency number is 911, so the terrorists chose september 11 to attack america. there was a big typhoon on july 11 this year in taiwan. its name was toraji. many cities were flooded. some people died because of landslides. these dates all this one number. i really dont think one is a good or lucky number. so we have to be careful on dates with this number.

In recent years ninny cities are faced with the problem of heavy traffic. People have to waste more time on their way home or to work and even might be involved in an accident. With the development of industry and population expansion, this problem becomes more and more serious.
One solution is to lay down more roads. The solution has many advantages. For example, it can efficiently decrease the number of buses and trucks in many main streets. But it will take up so much land that crowded cities become more crowded. Another solu tion is to open up more bus lines. If more bus lines should be opened up,the number of bicles and cars in the main streets would be greatly decreased. But the disadvantage of this solution is that many people wouldn’t feel so convenient os they used to.

In my opinion, the right solution to the problem is the combination of the two, thatis, to lay down more roads in spacious areas and to open up more bus lines in downtown.

我上了啟蒙級(jí)、預(yù)備級(jí)、劍橋一級(jí)、劍橋二級(jí)，和現(xiàn)在學(xué)著的新概念一級(jí)，已有五年之多。
在剛剛進(jìn)入啟蒙級(jí)的時(shí)候才7歲，我還很小，有時(shí)學(xué)著很吃力，還經(jīng)常忘了聽錄音。隨著歲數(shù)漸漸的增長(zhǎng)，我能聽懂了，每次上學(xué)都很開心。
在學(xué)劍橋二級(jí)的時(shí)候，我有一陣子就想打退堂鼓，不再上英語輔導(dǎo)班了。但是，我媽媽鼓勵(lì)我，說：“劭卿，這英語是必學(xué)不可的�！薄凹佑�，我相信，你一定能行的！”……聽到這些鼓勵(lì)的話語，我又充滿了信心。
在報(bào)了新概念一級(jí)之后，知道了是張老師教我們，我們欣喜若狂。這個(gè)班是個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)班，都是些“精英”，這都是老 師說的。她還說我們這個(gè)班是聯(lián)盟劍橋英語學(xué)校中學(xué)新概念年齡最小的.一個(gè)班，而且成績(jī)還很優(yōu)秀。聽完這句話，我非常高興。
在學(xué)新概念時(shí)，在課間和同學(xué)們說說笑笑，討論討論一下玩兒的游戲，很高興。在上課時(shí)，老師笑容滿面，和同學(xué)們互動(dòng)，不管是老師、同學(xué)還是家長(zhǎng)，都是高高興興的上課或聽課。我再也沒有像劍橋二級(jí)那時(shí)的想法，每次都是高高興興的去上學(xué)，這使我更加喜歡英語了。當(dāng)然，也讓我對(duì)淄博聯(lián)盟劍橋英語學(xué)校的感情也越來越深了。
