I knew a lovely girl from America, we met each other on the train. As we were almost at the same age, we communicated a lot. We shared our opinion about the culture and learned a lot. When our train reached the destination, we needed to separate, we promised to keep in touch by the Internet. Now a year has passed, we make our promise and keep in touch all the time. I have improved my English and she is so interested in China. It seems that we can never finish our topic, because we always have so much to share with each other. I am so lucky to make a good friend.

應(yīng)用文是人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪袕V泛使用的文體。它最突出的特點(diǎn)是它的實(shí)際應(yīng)用性，應(yīng)用文包括很廣，如書(shū)信、通知、日記、海報(bào)、便條、啟事、請(qǐng)柬、電報(bào)、合同等。應(yīng)用文的語(yǔ)言應(yīng)使用規(guī)范語(yǔ)言，重在實(shí)用，力求樸實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、簡(jiǎn)潔。
書(shū)信我們分為兩部分：信封和內(nèi)容。
1、信封的寫(xiě)法。
英語(yǔ)信封正面的左上角，寫(xiě)發(fā)信人的`姓名和地址。在信封的正面中央偏左一點(diǎn)，寫(xiě)收信人的地址和姓名。
英語(yǔ)信封上的地點(diǎn)名稱(chēng)由小到大，視其長(zhǎng)短可占二至五行不等。
寄信人只寫(xiě)姓名，不寫(xiě)頭銜。但是，收信人一般都在名字前加上頭銜，以示禮貌和尊敬。對(duì)于沒(méi)有官銜和學(xué)銜的人士，通常在姓名前寫(xiě)上Mr., Mrs.,或Ms.。
信封的寫(xiě)法，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，很少出現(xiàn)在中考英語(yǔ)的作文中。
2、內(nèi)容。
英文信一般可以分為下列幾個(gè)部分。
1)信端(Heading)即寫(xiě)信人的地址和發(fā)信日期。
2)收信人姓名地址
3)稱(chēng)呼
4)信的正文
5)結(jié)束語(yǔ)
6)簽名
有的時(shí)候，出題者會(huì)讓考生寫(xiě)e-mail。e-mail的寫(xiě)法和書(shū)信的寫(xiě)法基本一致。只不過(guò)少了書(shū)信在信封上的繁瑣。
