辭職報(bào)告要素：
1、格式上與一般辭職報(bào)告一樣，通常寫(xiě)給單位最高負(fù)責(zé)人。
第一段先寫(xiě)自己在單位的職務(wù)，簡(jiǎn)況;
第二段寫(xiě)辭職的主要原因;
第三段表示遺憾和感謝，并表示以后有機(jī)會(huì)還會(huì)合作;
最后表示自己手頭的工作已完成可交接。
2、語(yǔ)氣要平和，不要抱怨和不滿，給將來(lái)合作留有余地。
3、辭職報(bào)告最好打印，用a4規(guī)格，親自簽名，提早一周親自遞給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并面談。

as you know, i’m working for baidu more than ten years. i’m satisfied that the company has good work environment and provides latest technology and software. i enjoyed working with my colleagues and learned so much things here. i do appreciate the company.
for personal development and a higher payment, i am sorry to say that i want to resign my job formally now.as a responsible person, i will pass all my work to my colleagues within three days, and i will do my best to corporate with anyone who takes over my job. i wish you accept my resignation.
