　　一、試卷分析

　　試卷難易程度適中，特別是閱讀理解，5篇閱讀，其中2篇屬于附加題，難度由易到難，區(qū)分度很好，學(xué)生能讀懂，能拿分，但是想拿高分卻需要較好的基礎(chǔ)。

　　學(xué)生在閱讀表達上基本能得6至8分，得分率較高。

　　試題知識面覆蓋較全，分布到位并非常仔細，把握每個單元的英語知識分輕重的對學(xué)生進行了考核，尤其在試題內(nèi)容中采取了靈活變化的形式，充分體現(xiàn)了不僅僅是單調(diào)考知識內(nèi)容，而是考靈活運用知識的能力。

　　但是相對普通班而言，沒有把低重心運行的理念貫徹到底，以致學(xué)生考試成績相當(dāng)不理想。

　　二、學(xué)生考試情況分析

　　經(jīng)分析，有的學(xué)生得分較好的是單詞拼寫題，失分較多的是完形填空題以及閱讀表達，還有作文寫作也失分較多主要是在失分在卷面書寫上，普遍較差。

　　三、教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀產(chǎn)生的原因及改進措施

　　從這次考試情況來看，一定程度上防范了兩極分化的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)，但是也體現(xiàn)出了一些問題。

　　經(jīng)過平常的課堂教學(xué)的鞏固工作和復(fù)習(xí)階段的努力，學(xué)生在對閱讀和單選題水平上都有了較大的提高，但個別語法知識的掌握還不夠牢固，尤其是個別題目反復(fù)做過幾次也沒能把握好，閱讀表達解題能力也相對較弱，也與平時的不夠重視和練習(xí)較少有關(guān)，針對這些問題和現(xiàn)象，在接下來的下半學(xué)期要采取的措施有：

　　1、幫助學(xué)生樹立學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心，增加學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性還是至關(guān)重要，尤其是要以鼓勵和表揚為主，要保證課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量以及學(xué)生的聽課質(zhì)量，做到“雙向促進”。

　　2、教學(xué)過程中在以鞏固基礎(chǔ)知識為前提的基礎(chǔ)上多注重開展運用能力的訓(xùn)練和練習(xí)，多幫助學(xué)生做到“學(xué)以致用”。

　　3、充分利用周天晚的30分鐘時間加強查英語詞典的訓(xùn)練和每天30分鐘英語文章的背誦練習(xí)。

　　4、注意對優(yōu)秀學(xué)生的引導(dǎo)和創(chuàng)造能力的培養(yǎng)，拓展他們的知識面，培養(yǎng)他們運用語言進行創(chuàng)造的能力。

　　5、繼續(xù)抓好對后進學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo)與幫助，尤其是這次期中考試不及格的學(xué)生要重點幫助和跟進。
