　　英語(yǔ)成語(yǔ)(idiom)是英語(yǔ)的核心與精華。其內(nèi)容豐富，寓意深刻，具有濃厚的感情色彩。如果能在文章、談話或?qū)ν饨煌校‘?dāng)?shù)丶右赃\(yùn)用，會(huì)大大增加語(yǔ)言的表達(dá)能力，收到良好的效果。英語(yǔ)諺語(yǔ)是英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言的精華，是英國(guó)藝術(shù)寶庫(kù)的瑰麗明珠。英語(yǔ)諺語(yǔ)的句式特點(diǎn)是句式簡(jiǎn)單，語(yǔ)言精煉，富于形象比喻，充滿濃郁的民族色彩。學(xué)習(xí)和研究英語(yǔ)諺語(yǔ)有助于啟迪思想，開(kāi)拓視野，了解英國(guó)的歷史文化、風(fēng)土人情，以及英國(guó)人民的人生哲理，同時(shí)還可以學(xué)到生動(dòng)活潑的大眾語(yǔ)言。
