　　道歉信通常包括三部分內(nèi)容：

　　2.出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)的原因，提出彌補(bǔ)措施；

　　3.請(qǐng)求原諒。語(yǔ)言要誠(chéng)摯，解釋的理由要真實(shí)。
