　　首先我們真心感謝桅子花開、海星以及馬來吸呀等幾位網(wǎng)友給我們所提的意見，今年在政府論壇上有兩封公開批評我們的帖子，說實在的，剛剛看到的時候，心里確實是堵得慌的，不高興的，總覺得目前國內(nèi)旅游市場大環(huán)境就是這個樣子，大社不強，小社散差，從業(yè)人員服務(wù)意識、技能普遍不強等等，剛開始，我們確實給自己找了一些自我安慰的借口。

　　現(xiàn)在再認(rèn)真思考這個問題，我們覺得，做為從業(yè)人員有責(zé)任、有義務(wù)，也必須為游客提供更為輕松、快樂的旅游時光。坦誠的說，今年7、8兩個暑期月份下來，在我們質(zhì)檢回訪過程中，所發(fā)現(xiàn)存在質(zhì)量問題的，游客投訴到公司的也絕不僅此兩例。

　　我們總結(jié)分析下來，存在質(zhì)量問題的主要是散客出游群體，暑期質(zhì)量問題一般容易出現(xiàn)在車輛空調(diào)不好，某些導(dǎo)游態(tài)度存在問題，以及住房條件較差等方面。目前旅行社的存在方式大體上分為三類，一類是組團旅行社，我們**就是這樣類型的旅行社，面向終端客戶收取客源;一類是地接旅行社，主要接待外地游客來本地旅游;第三類是同行批發(fā)旅行社，如揚州蘇之旅旅行社，儀征旅行社同行受制于客源量問題，收到游客報名后，無法獨立發(fā)團，只能交給這樣的批發(fā)旅行社統(tǒng)一發(fā)團。這種現(xiàn)狀就導(dǎo)至了組團旅行社對散客質(zhì)量的掌控從很大程度上受制于同行批發(fā)旅行社，從某種程度上來說，儀征散客出游，選擇哪家旅行社報名的差別是不大的，唯一的區(qū)別所在是旅行社經(jīng)營者的思路，以及遇質(zhì)量投訴后，規(guī)模大一些的旅行社對批發(fā)旅行社的牽制能力會更強一些，僅此兩點而已。

　　關(guān)乎旅游質(zhì)量還有一個很重要的點，就是導(dǎo)游，景點美不美，全靠導(dǎo)游一張嘴。好的導(dǎo)游除了在講解上會更為精彩外，對于游客心理的把握能力通常也會很強，會有較強的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力，而目前導(dǎo)游的生存狀態(tài)基本上都是以兼職為主，這種生存狀態(tài)，也從很大程度上導(dǎo)致了其責(zé)任心的下降，因其兼職故而也缺少有效的服務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)。旅行社不是不想有自己的全職導(dǎo)游，而是因為旅游業(yè)的季節(jié)性特別強，旺季再多導(dǎo)游也不夠用，進入12月份以后的3個月淡季對于小旅行社而言，可能1個導(dǎo)游都嫌多，這個微利行業(yè)人力成本應(yīng)該是最大的成本了，所以這種季節(jié)性的.特點也導(dǎo)致旅行社不敢、不能用過多的全職導(dǎo)游。我們公司目前全職導(dǎo)游有16名，在揚州地區(qū)算得上是規(guī)模龐大的一支導(dǎo)游隊伍了，但也只能應(yīng)對平常季節(jié)的客流量，遇上旺季，也只能望洋興嘆，比如貼子中所提到的西安團隊，就是一個主要由兼職導(dǎo)游帶隊的團隊。

　　從我們自身的角度來講，我們必須認(rèn)真反思這個行業(yè)，認(rèn)真反思自已，如果不能真正將客戶贏這個第一戒寫到我們每個員工心里去，**旅行社終將被市場淘汰。從上周起，我們已經(jīng)開始在竭盡全力探討游客旅游體驗的問題，我們希望盡快將我們的服務(wù)意識、服務(wù)技能，迅速從對人的服務(wù)，提升至對客戶的服務(wù)。我們將盡已所能去改造現(xiàn)有的工作流程，我們相信，從我們做起，終將能夠逐步改變旅游業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，終將實現(xiàn)給游客創(chuàng)造輕松快樂時光這個最終目標(biāo)。當(dāng)然，接下來可能還會有質(zhì)量問題出現(xiàn)，還會有游客投訴，但我們會以最好的狀態(tài)，迅速處理這類的質(zhì)量問題，給游客一個盡可能滿意的答復(fù)。
