　　自xxxx年9月廣東、山東、海南、寧夏四省開始普通高中新課程實(shí)驗以來的五年后的今天，新的課程改革猶如一股沁人心扉的春風(fēng)向湖北中學(xué)教育界迎面撲來。

　　這次實(shí)驗是我國建國后的第八次基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革，這次改革，步伐之大，速度之快，難度之大，都是前七次改革所不可比擬的。它將實(shí)現(xiàn)我國中小學(xué)課程從學(xué)科本位、知識本位向關(guān)注每一個學(xué)生發(fā)展的歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變。目前，我們?nèi)懈咭唤處焸冋燥枬M的熱忱學(xué)習(xí)新課改理論，準(zhǔn)備迎接新課程改革的挑戰(zhàn)。

　　通過幾天的暑期集中學(xué)習(xí)，老師們逐步了解并接受了一系列新的課程改革理論，認(rèn)識到了傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式存在諸多弊端，意識到新課程改革最關(guān)鍵的是實(shí)現(xiàn)教師教學(xué)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。然而，老師們普遍感到困難的是如何將新的課改理念轉(zhuǎn)化為教師的課堂教學(xué)行為以及學(xué)生的高效學(xué)習(xí)方式。

　　藉此暑期集中學(xué)習(xí)的東風(fēng)，我倡議全市高中英語教師開展如何踐行新課改理念，迎接新課程改革的挑戰(zhàn)，提高全市高中英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量的大討論。

　　討論圍繞以下4個子問題展開：

　　1、如何搞好初高中銜接？

　　2、如何面向全體學(xué)生，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生共同發(fā)展？

　　3、如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力？

　　4、如何優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高課堂教學(xué)效率？

　　針對上述問題，我提出個人幾點(diǎn)不成熟的意見，起一個拋磚引玉的作用，供大家討論參考。

　　一、如何搞好初高中銜接？

　　1、開展學(xué)情分析，搞好兩個“摸清”，即：摸清學(xué)生知識底細(xì)，摸清學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)方法底細(xì)，便于開展針對性的教學(xué)工作。

　　2、開展學(xué)習(xí)方法的系列講座和優(yōu)生經(jīng)驗介紹，讓學(xué)生弄清高中英語教學(xué)特點(diǎn)和要求，認(rèn)清高中與初中老師教學(xué)方式上的差異，以及學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法上的不同，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生從高一開始就學(xué)會自己查閱詞典、參考書，養(yǎng)成獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)、自主學(xué)習(xí)的好習(xí)慣。教師要對學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫、查等良好習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)自始至終地貫穿于整個高一年級的`教學(xué)中，要常督促、定期檢查，從而使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。應(yīng)利用開學(xué)后大約一個月的時間，讓學(xué)生熟悉并掌握一系列好的學(xué)習(xí)方法，形成一套符合每個學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方法體系。

　　3、作為高中英語教師，要了解初中英語的教材教法。在學(xué)生剛剛步入高中的初期，教學(xué)起點(diǎn)宜“低一點(diǎn)”，課堂教學(xué)的難度不要過大，不要使課堂教學(xué)發(fā)生突變，造成學(xué)生不適應(yīng)。對課堂教學(xué)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，要一步步地改變、慢慢地引導(dǎo)，讓學(xué)生在不知不覺中適應(yīng)高中英語教學(xué)。在課后要抓好單詞的鞏固和檢查，對作業(yè)要做適量的補(bǔ)充，并有布置、有檢查，對學(xué)生要嚴(yán)格要求，有針對性地查漏補(bǔ)缺，逐步地過渡到學(xué)生自立自主的學(xué)習(xí)方式。

　　4、在分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上，幫助學(xué)生對初中知識進(jìn)行整理，并開展有針對性的查漏補(bǔ)缺�？衫瞄_學(xué)前大約兩周的時間，對初中課程中出現(xiàn)的語法現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)，對初中課程尚未學(xué)完的詞匯進(jìn)行有計劃的學(xué)習(xí)，確保每個學(xué)生在進(jìn)入高中的起始階段建立完備的知識體系。
